FILMMAKING ↓

My films often begin with something I don’t fully understand: a belief, a way of life, a person’s response to loss or uncertainty. That curiosity makes me want to spend time with people and understand what life feels like from where they stand.

Across documentary and fiction, I find myself returning to questions of faith, inequality, solitude, and belonging. I’m interested in how people live with these realities—in the routines they keep, the things they hope for, and the relationships they depend on.

Making a film gives me time to stay with those questions. I want to be open to what challenges my assumptions and leave space for viewers to form a relationship of their own with the people on screen.

Below is a selection of films I have directed.
