Being somewhere new makes me curious about how people live and how a place has changed over time. Aerial cinematography is another way of exploring that curiosity, revealing connections between streets, landscapes, and the people who inhabit them.

My aerial work has taken me across Canada, the United States, Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, and the Cayman Islands. I hold a Transport Canada drone pilot certificate for advanced operations and have taught Drone Videography at Concordia University.

In addition to my own work, I’ve also taught Drone Videography at Concordia University, where I emphasize not only the artistic potential of aerial imagery but also the responsibility that comes with it. Teaching this discipline has allowed me to explore the balance between creativity, technique, and ethics—helping students understand how to fly legally, safely, and with respect for the environment and privacy. For me, pedagogy is an extension of practice: an opportunity to share both the technical foundations and the sense of wonder that comes from seeing the world from above.
