Voces de la Guerrero (Excerpt) Medium Lenght social documentary

Voces de la Guerrero is a documentary that presents the outcomes and lived experiences of a photography and video workshop conducted with street youth in the Colonia Guerrero, a disadvantaged neighbourhood of Mexico City. More than merely serving as subjects, these young people assume a central, creative role: to a substantial extent, they themselves are the filmmakers. The film provides an intimate, self-reflective portrayal of life on the margins, giving voice to those often unheard, and allowing their perspectives, aspirations, and daily realities to shape the narrative.
